HR administration and payroll

Partial service appropriate for clients that have organized their accounting on site but are not willing to spend extra for hiring an HR specialist. The service covers all aspects of HR administration including:

  • Preparation of all employment documents;
  • Maintenance of employees’ files;
  • Payroll – calculation of wages and salaries, social and health securities, personal income taxes;
  • Illness sheets processing
  • Preparation of payment documents
  • Submission of all required returns to the Revenue agency
  • Preparation of documents which are part of the health and safety at work file*
  • Representation in front of the Labor Inspectorate, the Revenue agency, the National Social Securities Institute
    Legal issues consultations

The remuneration is calculated on the basis of staff count.

*Except for documents that shall be prepared by specialized enterprises such as labor medicine offices, measurement laboratories and etc.
