- Annual reporting – preparation of annual financial statements, preparation and submission of report for the statistics, preparation and submission of annual tax return, publication of financial reports to the commercial register
- VAT accounting and reporting
- HR administration and payroll
- Submission of all types of tax returns to the Revenue agency
- Health and safety at work issues
- Banking
- Representation in front of Revenue agency, National Social Securities Institute, Labor Inspectorate, Commercial register and any other state and municipal authorities.
The remuneration is calculated either as a fixed monthly fee or on the basis of the work performed – again depending on our client’s preferences.
